Laura has been practicing yoga for over six years and has actively incorporated it into her lifestyle. In March 2005, she completed 200 hours of Teacher Training. Since then, Laura has been teaching Gentle, Fundamentals, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in the Chicago area.
